Follow the steps below to install the Barriano Accessibility Widget on PrestaShop.

Step 1: Register Your PrestaShop Website with Barriano

First, register your PrestaShop website with Barriano and complete the website registration process.

After registration, Barriano will generate a unique installation code for your website. Copy the code to your clipboard or save it as a text file.

If your PrestaShop website is already registered, sign in to your Barriano dashboard, select the relevant website, and copy its existing installation code.

If you have difficulty signing in, use the password recovery option on the Barriano login page.

Step 2: Install the Barriano Widget on PrestaShop

Sign in to your PrestaShop back office.

Open the theme or website template files used by your PrestaShop website.

Locate the footer template file or the shared layout file that appears on every page of your website.

Paste your unique Barriano installation code before the closing </body> tag.

Do not modify the script URL or remove the unique website key.

Save the updated template file and clear the PrestaShop cache so the changes appear on the website.

Open the PrestaShop performance settings and clear the website cache.

Step 3: Preview and Customize Your PrestaShop Accessibility Widget

Open your PrestaShop website and confirm that the Barriano Accessibility Widget has been installed correctly.

Check that:

  • The Barriano accessibility icon is visible.
  • The widget opens correctly.
  • The accessibility options work as expected.
  • The widget appears on all required pages.
  • The widget works correctly on desktop and mobile devices.

To customize the widget, sign in to your Barriano dashboard, select your PrestaShop website, and open the available widget settings.

Save your changes after completing the customization.
